  1. Step into the NHS Competition​

The Step into the NHS secondary schools’ competition invited students (ages 11 – 14) across England to submit a fun and lively job description and job advertisement on a chosen NHS career.

2. ISA Essay Competition 

This competition is an annual opportunity for pupils to showcase their writing skills. The categories were:

a. Horsey (Junior: years 5 & 6)

b. Max Gate Category (years 7 and 8)

c.  Favonius Category (year 9-11)

3. ISA STEAM Competition

This competition encourages candidates to investigate and solve problems from today’s world. Encouraging teamwork, thoughtful dialogue and problem solving.

The categories were:

a.KS2

b.KS3 - Plan, create, and run a new club to enhance the sustainability of your school and town 

c. KS4 - Design and create a new case to protect a piece of technology (phone, tablet, or watch)

4. Bebras Competition

The Bebras Computing Challenge introduces computational thinking to students. Here at JGA we enrolled our pupils in year 7,8 and 9 onto the competition in the Autumn Term 2020.
It is organised in over 50 countries and designed to get students all over the world excited about computing. For more
