All GCSE certificates from Summer 2025 can be collected from the JGA office on  Monday 17th November 2025  between 9.30am – 10.30am or between 2 - 4.00pm. You will need to bring: a photo ID and your Statements of entry.

  

If you are unable to collect your certificates on this day, please email the school to say when you will be coming. If you wish to nominate another person to collect your certificates on your behalf -  please fill in the slip in your letter stating that you give consent and to whom. Ideally this should be a Parent/Carer or an older sibling.  They must bring the completed slip, your ID, Statements of entry and their own ID on the day.  Please bring a folder to transport certificates.

 

Certificates will not be released to friends/neighbours.  

 

Additionally- GCSE Art pupils will need to collect their work on the same day so please arrange for this.
